Great Furniture is a Family Affair
Century Furniture has always been about family. With a third generation now leading the company, Century carries on the tradition of fostering a familial bond between all members of its corporate team, craftsmen, community and customers. Supportive training programs, monthly social dinners and inherently nice people help build pride and dedication among craftsmen and Century staff. The result? Finely crafted traditional, transitional and contemporary furniture collections.
Century is deeply committed to their local community. Most staff live in the same town and often hold lifelong careers with the company, most materials are locally sourced and most products are made in the same town as the headquarters. That sense of family creates a higher-level of respect and care that shows in each carefully created piece.
Whenever they are able, Century helps its neighbors. Even when those neighbors are a little outside of the local community. When the historic American Ballet Theater headquarters desperately needed a makeover this past spring, Century was quick to lend a hand, donating enough furniture to fill their refurbished Manhattan offices. What was once a sparsely furnished, outdated space transformed into a stunning and radiant haven. Through their generosity, Century gained new fans and even more members of their extended family.
Traditional. Transitional. Contemporary. Century sets the standard for each. The creative consultants at RJ Thomas can guide you through their complete product line to help you find the perfect pieces.
